"First heated glove I've owned where my fingertips were as warm as the back of my hand. Rode to breakfast at 41 degrees on Medium and didn't think about my hands once."

Roadhold Forge — Heated Riding Gloves

The glove for the riders who don't park in October: FullCircuit™ heat to every fingertip, two batteries in the cuff, nothing wired to the bike.

$149.90 $214.99
-30%

FullCircuit™ heating — carbon-fiber wire up every finger and across the back of the hand. Three levels, 86 to 113°F.

Battery in the cuff, not wired to the bike — two 7.4V 2,200mAh packs in the box. About 2.5 hours on High, 6 to 7 on Low.

A riding glove first — goatskin palm, hard knuckle shell, waterproof windproof softshell, gauntlet cuff.

Touchscreen fingertips, one button — hold 3 seconds to start, one press per level. Black, XS to 3XL.

You know the morning. Forty-four degrees at the gas station, the group chat full of guys putting bikes away, and your fingers went numb on the clutch somewhere around mile ten. Most heated gloves warm the back of your hand and leave your fingertips, where the cold actually starts, to fend for themselves. The Forge runs its heat the other way. FullCircuit™ carbon-fiber wire goes up every finger, around the tip, and back across the knuckles, in three levels from 86 to 113°F. Two 7.4V batteries ride in the cuff pockets, so there's no wire to the bike, nothing to unplug at the stop, and the heat gets off with you. Underneath, it's a riding glove first: goatskin palm, hard knuckle shell, waterproof windproof softshell, a gauntlet cuff that goes over the jacket sleeve, fingertips that still work your phone. Built by riders, for the two months everyone else spends looking at their bike through the garage window.

Don't Park It In October.

The season doesn't end when it gets cold. It ends when your fingers quit. Here's how the Forge keeps yours working.

Heat Where the Cold Starts: the Fingertips.

Most heated gloves put the wire across the back of your hand and call it a day. Your fingertips, the first thing the wind reaches and the last thing to warm back up, get whatever leaks over. FullCircuit™ runs the other way. Carbon-fiber heating wire goes up every finger, around the tip, and back across the knuckles, so the heat sits where you actually lose it. Three levels: Low at 86 to 95°F for a crisp morning, Medium at 95 to 104°F for the ride home, High at 104 to 113°F for the day the group chat says to park it. Hold the button three seconds, one press per level. The wire flexes with your hand on the clutch instead of cracking. Which raises the question every rider asks next: what's powering it.

No Wire to the Bike. The Heat Gets Off With You.

Wired heated gear ties you to one bike, one harness, one plug you fumble at every gas stop. The Forge carries its own. Two 7.4V 2,200mAh batteries, one per glove, slide into the zip pocket on each cuff. Plug in, zip up, ride. About two and a half hours on High, three to four on Medium, six to seven on Low: enough for the cold run out and the colder run back. Nothing clipped to the Street Glide, nothing to unplug at the stop, and the heat walks into the diner with you. Swap bikes or take the truck, same gloves. Under all that wiring, though, is the part that matters most to a rider.

A Riding Glove First. A Heater Second.

Plenty of heated gloves are ski gloves with a wire sewn in. The Forge was built for the bars. Goatskin leather on the palm for grip and feel on the clutch and brake. A hard shell over the knuckles. A waterproof, windproof softshell back that breathes, so your hands stay dry in a cold rain and don't sweat out on the way home. The gauntlet cuff goes over your jacket sleeve and cinches with a hook-and-loop strap at the wrist, so the wind has nowhere to get in. Touchscreen fingertips run your phone and GPS at the pump without pulling a glove off. Black, XS to 3XL. One thing riders tell us: measure your hand before you pick a size.

"Charged both batteries the night before, ran Low on the way out and High for the last forty minutes home. Two and a half hours on High is exactly what the page says, no more, no less."

  • Ray T., 64

"They run small, like the page says. I measured my hand at 9 inches, right at the top of the XL, so I went up to the 2XL. Fits right, fingers reach the tips, cuff goes over my jacket sleeve."

Ultra Limited rider, Reno NV - Verified Buyer

  • Curtis L., 48

"Got caught in forty minutes of cold rain outside the city. Hands stayed dry, heat stayed on, and I ran the GPS on my phone at the light without pulling a glove off."

Road King rider, Portland OR - Verified Buyer

  • Tom B., 59

"Took fourteen days to get here, tracked the whole way. I was skeptical. Held the button three seconds, three bars lit up, and my hands were warm before I was out of the driveway."

Heritage Softail rider, Denver CO - Verified Buyer

"Every October the group chat turns into guys putting bikes away. This year I rode through Thanksgiving. Valdor on my feet, Forge on my hands, the only one still out there."

FAQ

How warm do they actually get?

Three levels. Low runs 86 to 95°F, Medium 95 to 104°F, High 104 to 113°F. FullCircuit™ heats every finger and the back of the hand, so the warmth sits at the fingertips, where you feel the cold first. Hold the button on the cuff for three seconds to turn them on; each press after that changes the level, shown by the bars on the button.

How long does the battery last?

About two and a half hours on High, three to four on Medium, six to seven on Low. Each glove runs its own 7.4V 2,200mAh rechargeable battery, and both come in the box with the manual. Charge them the night before, run Low or Medium on the open road, and save High for the coldest stretch. Turn the gloves off when you take them off to keep the charge.

Are they waterproof? Can I ride in the rain?

Yes. The softshell back is waterproof and windproof, the palm is goatskin leather, and the battery sits in a zipped pocket on the cuff. Ride in the rain. Afterward, take the batteries out and let the gloves dry at room temperature, never on a heater.

Can I use my phone without taking them off?

Yes. The fingertips are touchscreen-compatible, so you can run GPS, answer a call or check the route at the pump with the gloves on.

 What size should I order?

Measure first. This model runs small compared to US glove sizing. Wrap a tape around your dominant hand at the knuckles, thumb excluded, and use the chart on this page. If you land between two sizes or have long fingers, go one size up. The Forge comes in XS to 3XL, in Black.

What's the warranty and return policy?

Every pair comes with a 1-Year Warranty and a 30-Day Trial: ride in them for 30 days, and if they're not right, send them back for a full refund (return shipping is on the buyer). Free US shipping over $50. Orders ship in 24–48h and arrive in 12–15 days with tracking.
