A magnet ring that sits off-center is how you walk out to a phone at 12% because it slid off the charger overnight. The HoldRing™ is built into the back of the Clearcoat and lined up with your iPhone's charging coil, so it snaps flat onto any MagSafe-compatible charger, wallet or dock and charges straight through the case. Does it work with MagSafe chargers and accessories?
Yes. The HoldRing™ magnet ring snaps onto MagSafe-compatible chargers, wallets and docks, and wireless charging works straight through the case.
Can I use it with a magnetic handlebar mount?
We'd rather tell you the truth than sell you a mount. Apple warns that vibration from high-power motorcycle engines can damage an iPhone's camera system, and a magnet alone is not how we'd hold a phone at highway speed. On the bike, use a clamp-style mount with a vibration dampener. Off the bike — truck, garage, nightstand — the HoldRing™ is exactly what you want.
